By accessing or using the Platform digital signage platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

Platform provides a cloud-based digital signage platform that allows users to manage media, schedule playlists, pair devices, monitor screens, and generate analytics. The Service is accessible via our website (https://example.com) and our mobile/TV applications.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Upload or distribute content that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Distribute viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

5. Device Management

You are responsible for the physical security and maintenance of the devices you connect to our Service. We provide tools to monitor and manage these devices remotely, but we are not liable for hardware failures, local network issues, or unauthorized physical access to your screens.

6. Subscription and Billing

Certain aspects of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Platform cancels it.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Platform and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

8. Service Availability

We strive to ensure maximum uptime for our Service. However, the Service may be occasionally interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs, or due to failure of telecommunications links and equipment that are beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Platform, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of our jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
