Account Deletion

1. How to Request Deletion

To request account deletion, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to contact@yottapixels.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
2. Include the email address associated with your DooooH Media account in the body of the email.
3. We will verify ownership of the account and process the deletion request.

2. Data Deleted

Upon successful verification and processing of your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• User account information
• Authentication records
• Device assignments associated with the account
• User preferences and settings

3. Data That May Be Retained

In certain circumstances, some data may be retained after account deletion. This includes:

• Security logs required for fraud prevention
• Records required to comply with applicable legal obligations

Any retained data is handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Retention Period

Once your deletion request has been verified and approved:

• Most account data is deleted within 30 days of verification.
• Certain security and audit records may be retained for up to 90 days where required for operational or legal purposes.
